Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will design, execute, and optimize multichannel strategies that build targeted audiences and support lead generation goals. You’ll own email marketing, database growth, campaign optimization, and nurturing sequences that convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

The Qualifications We Seek
Essential Requirements
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance.
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong email marketing and audience segmentation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and B2B enrichment platforms.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- B2B/enterprise marketing background.
- Experience aligning campaigns with sales objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and social advertising.
Tech Skills
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot ideal).
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, automation, nurturing flows.
- Ability to plan/execute A/B tests for content, subject lines, CTAs.
- Strong database management, segmentation, and hygiene skills.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and list-building tools.
- Understanding of lead generation metrics: MQLs, CPL, conversion rate, ROI.
- Experience optimizing campaigns for deliverability and engagement.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for dashboards and reporting.
- Complementary skills in SEO, paid search, and paid social.
- Ability to research and identify new growth channels and tools.

Your Daily Tasks
Audience Building & Management
- Develop and maintain segmented prospect databases across industries, personas, and engagement.
- Leverage CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, and list-building tools to expand audience reach.
- Segment and maintain contact lists for accurate targeting and personalization.
Email Marketing
- Plan, create, and deploy email campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel.
- Monitor performance (deliverability, open/click rates, conversions) and optimize for engagement.
- Own A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Develop automated nurturing sequences aligned with the buyer’s journey.
- Ensure email content reflects brand messaging and supports sales and marketing goals.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track lead generation metrics (MQLs, conversions, CPL, ROI) and deliver insights.
- Implement best practices and test new channels/tactics for continuous improvement.
